What excites me most about my foodie adventure is the chance and ability to share with you a little bit of my culture and heritage and some childhood memories along the way as I share my family dishes.
Launched in July 2019, my monthly Supper Clubs now run from the comfort of my bespoke cookery studio offering a very warm Indian welcome to small groups of food lovers to enjoy a 4 course meal of authentic, delicious and homely Indian dishes, some of which you may not have seen on Indian restaurant menus here.
Curry Night ‘with a twist’ – includes a mini cookery session where guests learn to prepare their own starters and accompanying dips from scratch. To give you an example, we prepared reshmi chicken tikkas on the coal bbq with a fresh coriander dip in the last one and are learning the art of samosa making in the next one! Included is an introduction to Indian spices. This is followed by a cosy sit down 4 course dinner, 3 of which are prepared by me. On offer are spaces for 6 guests
Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks which are kept chilled and served to them
The events are held on either Thursday or Friday evenings
