The delicious, tangy, sweet, zingy chutney has a real depth of flavour that comes from slow cooking the salt coated lime peels in fresh lime juice with a warming mix of fresh spices and sugar. All those who have tried it so far have described it as very ‘moreish’!

It can be posted at a small charge or collected from my home. It can also be handed over to the participant on the day of their cookery session.
