My Mum’s Mango Pickle

A jar of my home made raw green mango pickle, championing my mum’s recipe – this is prepared with pieces of tangy raw green mango in a special home made masala oil mix. The pickle can be enjoyed as a dip with an assortment of breads or papadums. I also enjoy it with my meals as it adds such depth of flavour to any and everything – from curries to parathas, rice mixed with lentils to lamb mince kebabs!

It can be posted at a small charge or collected from my home. It can also be handed over to the participant on the day of their cookery session.
