The spice rubs go hand in hand with 3 special curry recipes available to download from my website – a Goan chicken curry recipe, a vegan tofu curry recipe and a chana masala curry recipe. Each spice rub has been lovingly prepared using a medley of 15-20 different whole spices, each individually roasted and ground to give you that perfect mix.
When bought alongside an Indian cookery class gift voucher – this kit gives them the opportunity to go back and practise their learning from my classes, encouraging them to recreate the dishes they have leant quickly and confidently!
It can be posted at a small charge or collected from my home. It can also be handed over to the participant on the day of their cookery session.
