Includes a private 1-2-1 session and a half day group class – a great way to build up Indian cookery skills and learn a medley of delicious Indian dishes – each session offers an introduction to new spices and techniques. The private session is fully customised to suit specific requirements. The menu is planned after a call with the participant to understand their current cooking skills, familiarity with Indian food and any specific likes/ dislikes to ensure they get the most out of their session. The group class offers a socialising element to the teaching whilst at the same time ensuring they learn a whole new set of dishes and techniques.
